Hey! This is so funny! I actually feel like this is soooo otrue! Nowadays, when teens go out and spend time with their friends all they do is stay on their phones...it's so sad! They don't have ANY social skills...they know better how to express themselves on a wall post on FB and through texts than face-to-face...So funny! My sister is 14 and she says guys ask girls out now mostly through texts! I guess it's making it easier on the guys!
ha ha, I wish it was easier on guys! Now they might run into dating-by-texting. Safe & secure! Funny you mention about lack of social skills - I always go out hiking and we talk a lot about this stuff. Younger people of today's generation think of texting, blogging etc as being social instead of face-to-face contact. These are great skills no doubt, but as humans we are based on social structure by touching, seeing, feeling etc. Thanks for sharing your views with me.
There are no social issues here, just exploration of this thing that they call New Media. How does it work in general, how does it work for me, and how it will/might affect others. Feel free to comment on anything here. Blog away...
